Pet Fee & Pet Rent

Dog – $500 for the 1st and $250 each additional – limit 2

Cat – $250 for the 1st and $150 each additional – limit 2

Dog & Cat Monthly Pet Rent – $25 per each

THIRD OFFENSE: 

Action to be taken at management’s discretion.

Offenses may be defined, but not limited to: continuous bothersome barking and/or whining, charging/pouncing

on other residents or their animals, and not picking up your pet’s waste.

Please keep pets leashed at all times when outside the apartment. Please also make

every attempt to take animals 40+ feet away from the building to do their business.

A limit of two pets per unit.
